A content marketing agency is looking for a Database Manager to manage the database of one of their clients - a global luxury watch brand.
THE COMPANY
This company is a content marketing agency that produces content for B2B & B2C businesses across the UK. One of their clients is a luxury watch brand, and this agency owns a database of their clients that they provide marketing and customer communications to. They are looking for someone to manage this database and work on several projects related to it.
ROLE
In this role, you will be:
- Working across the data, making sure that the database is set up correctly, using SQL to extract data, modelling in Excel, and then creating a report from that in Power BI
- Working closely with stakeholders - managing client expectations
- Working on multiple projects and suggesting ways to improve processes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years experience in database development or management, with some visualization and stakeholder management experience
- SQL, Excel, and Power BI are a must
- Mailchimp experience is preferable but not necessary - part of the role will include setting up Mailchimp templates
- A logical and articulate communicator
