Job Description Job Title: Data Strategy Manager (18-24 -Month FTC) Salary : £65,000 – £70,000 Location : New Bond Street (Hybrid: In-office twice a week) About the Role The company are seeking a skilled Data Strategy Manager to join the EMEA Central team, focusing on insight and customer experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing customer data infrastructure, optimising data processes, and driving actionable insights for marketing and CRM functions. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the migration of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to Zeta, including data auditing, testing, and process enhancement. Manage customer data for CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and troubleshooting issues. Define and monitor KPIs for data quality, insights, and reporting while maintaining robust data governance frameworks.
