A leading creative communications agency is looking for a Data Strategist to join their growing Data & Insight team. Known for producing emotionally intelligent, commercially effective campaigns, this agency works with some of the world's biggest brands across brand strategy, creative advertising, content marketing, CRM, and customer experience.
The Opportunity:
- Report directly to the Head of Data & Insight, working within a team of 4
- Be the bridge between data, clients, and campaigns, collaborating closely with planning and strategy teams
- Lead insight generation, performance analysis, and campaign storytelling for major clients (including a large automotive account)
- Own data-driven recommendations for marketing managers and senior stakeholders
- Create narratives from stitched data reports and visualise insights using Power BI
- Focus on campaign performance, effectiveness, and market insights for quick-turnaround campaigns
Your Experience:
- 3+ years' experience as a Data Strategist or CRM/Creative Strategist with a strong focus on data
- Agency background - used to fast-paced, creative environments
- Confident client-facing skills - able to advise, push back, and lead conversations with senior marketing stakeholders
- Exceptional Excel skills and a data-agnostic mindset (experience with Power BI a bonus)
- Strong background in performance marketing analytics and insight generation
- Ability to tell compelling data-driven stories and deliver actionable insights
