THE COMPANY:
I\’m working on a fantastic opportunity with a fast-growing SaaS company that\’s transforming how the hospitality sector approaches pricing and forecasting. The team is applying advanced ML techniques to solve real commercial problems-everything from demand forecasting to booking behaviour clustering and light NLP use cases.
THE ROLE:
You\’d join a high-calibre team in a full-stack data science role where you\’ll build and deploy models end-to-end, owning projects from experimentation to production. A Data Scientist (forecasting) will need to:
- Building and deploying ML models (Python, Pandas, GCP)
- Forecasting revenue
- Exploring clustering techniques
- Applying NLP to classify ancillary bookings
- Collaborating with a small, high-calibre team of PhD-level Data Scientists, Engineers, and wider product team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
- MSc or PhD level of education
- Strong Python skills and experience with Pandas
- Cloud experience e.g. GCP
- A solid foundation in Statistics and ML.
- Experience with forecasting
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £70,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
