Senior Recruitment Consultant – Analytics Recruiter in the North & Midlands (UK)
Location: Remote – occasional travel to London
Salary: Up to ÂŁ70,000

THE COMPANY
An innovative B2B SaaS platform working with top-tier private equity firms is seeking their first DS hire, with lots of autonomy and room to grow a team.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of the entire data science function—starting with building a robust customer scoring model to better match users to opportunities. You’ll also advise on how AI/ML can improve internal tools and customer experience. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys autonomy and building from scratch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build predictive models (e.g., customer scoring, matching algorithms)
- Own the full model lifecycle: scoping, building, deploying
- Work closely with engineers and leadership to shape the roadmap
- Explore use of GenAI and NLP to enhance platform capabilities
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4–5 years’ experience in Data Science
- Strong Python + experience putting models into production
- End-to-end project experience (scoping to delivery)
- Happy in standalone roles and comfortable making decisions
