Harnham have partnered up with a Research services organization that is looking for a Research Data Analyst to join a remote-first team working at the intersection of research, strategy, and data science. You’ll support political parties, non-profits, and research institutes across Europe by turning complex data into actionable insights.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver research projects, from survey drafting to data analysis
- Manage and quality-check survey data and polling datasets
- Build and apply statistical models (e.g. cluster modelling, MRP)
- Develop GDPR-compliant data strategies
- Create clear reports, presentations, and visualisations to inform decisions
Tech & Tools: SQL, Python/R, statistical modelling, Tableau/Power BI (or similar).
Setup: Remote across the UK & Europe, with an optional London office.
