Data Product Manager

A growing business of 50–60 people with a dedicated five-person data team, including data engineers and BI developers. You will report directly to the Lead Data Engineer and work closely with one of the company’s co-founders. The organisation is developing in-house BI products that support predictive analytics, internal dashboarding, and overall data-driven decision making.

We are seeking a Data Product Manager to own and drive the development of internal BI products. This role will focus on overseeing the delivery of business intelligence tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet internal stakeholder needs and support data-driven insights across the business.

As Data Product Manager, you will:

• Manage BI product development end-to-end, from design through to delivery and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with engineers, BI developers, and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly BI products.
• Own internal dashboarding solutions, primarily using Power BI within a GCP environment.
• Contribute to projects involving predictive analytics and internal reporting solutions.
• Work hands-on where needed with SQL and Python.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in data or BI product development.
• Proven track record of delivering BI products end-to-end (ideally having introduced or built BI solutions from scratch and seen them through to adoption).
• Hands-on experience with:

• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Power BI – must have experience building or managing dashboards
• SQL – essential
• Python – desirable
