Job Description
Data Manager
Location: Farringdon | Hybrid 2 days in office
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + bonus
A leading UK membership organisation within the healthcare space is looking for its first dedicated Data Manager to own and build its data capability from the ground up.
This is a highly visible role sitting within the commercial function of a 55 person business that supports over 13,000 members. The organisation is in the middle of a major business transformation, including the rollout of a new CRM, and is now ready to bring data ownership in house.
You will take responsibility for centralising data across the business, improving data quality, and creating meaningful insight to support commercial, membership, events, education, and communications teams.
The Role
• Audit current data sources and structures across the organisation
• Lead data cleansing and ensure high quality data for CRM migration
• Own data governance and best practice across the business
• Build dashboards and reporting to support decision making
• Deliver insights on performance, membership, retention, and engagement
• Act as the go to person for data across a small, fast moving organisation
What They Are Looking For
• Strong SQL and Power BI experience
• Confident stakeholder management in a commercial environment
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience
• Background in membership, not for profit, or similar environments preferred
