Data Insight Analyst

Location: Manchester– Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing data technology company that works with major brands in media, marketing, and research. They’re building out a central analytics function and looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insight.

This role sits at the heart of the business, working on varied projects — from analysing device-level data to uncover trends, to supporting compliance and improving internal processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with marketing and media data and contribute directly to business-critical decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyse large-scale behavioural and technical datasets to deliver insight.
  • Translate business questions into clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Build lightweight automation to streamline processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Good experience in N analytics role with strong SQL skills.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bonus: Python, experience with marketing/media analytics, or technical data exposure.
