The Role
You will support the data function across day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and maintaining high-quality datasets.
- Build and manage accurate data lists based on campaign briefs
- Support email marketing activity, including list uploads and exclusion management
- Prepare data for direct mail campaigns
- Maintain and cleanse databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage unsubscribes, bounces, and general data hygiene processes
- Assist with reporting, including basic analysis and visual outputs
- Create location-based data outputs such as mapping
- Support ongoing improvements to data processes and workflows
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience working with data in a commercial or marketing environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Experience managing contact databases or CRM systems
- Exposure to email marketing platforms or ESPs
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
