The Role
You will play a key role in designing and delivering technical training programmes across a range of Data and Analytics technologies.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging technical training across areas such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Data Modelling, Cloud technologies, and AI.
- Designing and maintaining learning content, practical exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Delivering structured training programmes to early-career data professionals.
- Partnering with external stakeholders to understand learning objectives and create tailored training solutions.
- Adapting training content and delivery methods to suit different levels of technical knowledge and business requirements.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to learners.
- Supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of technical curricula.
- Managing training projects from planning through to delivery.
- Collaborating with training, consulting, and commercial teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.
- Creating practical learning experiences based on real-world business scenarios.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience across several Data & Analytics tools, including SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Experience delivering technical training, coaching, mentoring, teaching, or facilitating workshops.
- Ability to design engaging technical learning content and structured training programmes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence explaining technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of projects.
- Commercial experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to consulting, professional services, or corporate training environments would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies would be beneficial.
