Head of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics \\n Location: London, UK (Hybrid)\\n \\n Chief Financial Officer \\n \\n Salary: £90k - £100k + benefits/bonus \\n \\n We're looking for a commercially minded Head of BI & Data Analytics to shape and lead our clients data strategy. You'll balance strategy and delivery - defining the BI vision, driving data-led decisions, and building a scalable analytics function. \\n You'll oversee everything from governance and data quality to dashboarding and insight generation, supported by a data analyst.
Define and execute the BI and analytics strategy to support business goals. \\n Lead day-to-day BI operations and ensure accurate, timely insights. \\n Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
\\n Drive data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks. \\n Partner with Finance, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver actionable insights. \\n Mentor and develop a data analyst; promote data literacy across the business.
\\n \\n Proven experience leading BI or analytics functions (ideally in tech, SaaS, or payments). \\n Strong technical skills in SQL, data modelling, and ETL . \\n Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
