THE ROLE

As a Customer Insight Analyst you will play a key role in shaping how data informs decision making across marketing, operations, and customer strategy, with a clear line of sight to business impact. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Analyse customer and transactional data across CRM systems, digital platforms, and surveys to identify behavioural trends and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value
  • Support campaign targeting and personalisation through segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modelling
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through pre- and post-analysis, measuring uplift, ROI, and channel performance
