A leading organisation within the entertainment, media and sport sector is undergoing a major digital transformation to modernise its systems and deliver a more enterprise-wide approach. This role sits within their technology division and focuses on the CRM replacement programme, which aims to improve customer engagement, data insight, and marketing effectiveness across the organisation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and oversee solution design for CRM and marketing technology platforms
- Lead the CRM replacement and integration of new systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Ensure smooth data migration between legacy and new CRM systems
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 5β10 yearsβ experience in Solution Architecture
- Strong CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience working with external delivery partners
Nice to have:
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g. Emarsys or similar)
- Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
