A high-growth consumer brand is looking for a hands-on Senior CRM Executive to join their dynamic and growing CRM Automation team. The company is renowned for its fast-paced, collaborative culture and is focused on driving personalised customer engagement through high-quality CRM campaigns and automation journeys.
As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll join the automation function within the wider CRM team. You’ll be responsible for delivering automated lifecycle campaigns across loyalty and re-engagement journeys — working closely with segmentation, HTML build, and personalisation logic. This role requires strong technical CRM experience, with a focus on customer targeting and hands-on campaign build.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute automated lifecycle journeys across email and SMS.
- Develop and manage basket abandonment, welcome, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns.
- Use HTML and modular templates to build campaigns – drag-and-drop experience alone is not sufficient.
- Segment customers using behavioural and transactional data to drive personalised content.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with loyalty and BAU CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Essential: 2+ years of hands-on CRM campaign experience.
- Proficient in HTML for email builds.
- Strong segmentation and personalisation understanding.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Marigold, Braze, SFMC).
- Comfortable working 3x per week from the Redditch office.
- Desirable: Experience in consumer or retail CRM.
- Exposure to campaign testing and performance analysis.
