The Role

You'll collaborate closely with CRM Managers, Designers, and Strategists to build, test, and deliver multi‐channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in‐app. This is a hands‐on role that goes beyond execution — you'll be part of planning discussions, advising on best practices, and shaping how campaigns are delivered.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Translate briefs into workflows, automations, and audience logic
  • Champion data‐driven solutions and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain campaign documentation and reusable templates
  • Work collaboratively with CRM and marketing teams on strategy and execution
  • Balance BAU activity with longer‐term automation and optimisation projects

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience working with Adobe Campaign (Classic essential)
  • Strong skills in data workflows, audience segmentation, and QA
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator – proactive and solutions‐focused
  • Experience in subscription or membership‐based CRM environments desirable
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and testing methodologies

The Offer

  • 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Up to £70,000 per annum (pro rata)
  • Hybrid working (London‐based team)
  • Join a highly collaborative team as they prepare for an exciting platform transition

If you're a technically skilled CRM Developer who enjoys being part of a creative, data‐driven environment — we'd love to hear from you.
