CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST

Harnham is partnering with a leading NFP organisation looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to help shape and enhance customer experiences. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with experience in survey management, performance analysis, and customer insights.

THE ROLE:

As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and embedding customer insights to drive strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analysing customer performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring insights inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Managing and administering customer surveys, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of customer feedback.
  • Overseeing research projects (both quantitative and qualitative), working with external agencies to generate valuable insights.
  • Benchmarking performance against industry standards using external data sources
  • Developing dashboards and data visualisations to make insights accessible across the business.
  • Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance experiences.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align customer insights with broader strategic goals.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in customer insight, market research, or data analytics, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Knowledge of survey design and administration (experience with Qualtrics is a plus).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.
  • A problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-focused approach, passionate about improving customer experiences.
