Harnham are very excited to be partnering with a Leading Luxury Goods Brand.
THE COMPANY
This position offers a chance to join a leading luxury goods brand in a people-centric environment. They have a very collaborative culture and value their team members coming up with creative deals. The company values relationships between the team, the brand, and its clients. This position will be the first of its kind based in the UK, and the hope is that it will progress into a permanent role after completing the 12-month contract.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Data analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, analysing, and producing insights from the customer data. The position will include;
- Using data to understand more about who their clients are
- Segmenting customer base
- Activating data to target different segments
- Maintaining the database to ensure that the data is clean and accurate
- Using insights to encourage clients to visit the stores more often and spend more
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Some of the following skills and experience would be ideal, however, they are open and candidates don’t need to tick every box:
- Have completed a numerate degree
- Strong Power BI and SQL skills
- A people-person who can communicate complex insights in simple and digestible ways
- At least a year’s worth of experience working with Customer data, with strong skills in analysing customer experience
- The ideal candidate would have previous experience working for a luxury goods brand
Benefits
- The successful candidate will receive £37,000-40,000 depending on experience
- The position will offer a £3,720 lunch and travel allowance added to the salary
