The Role and Deliverables

  • Role within the data and insights team, reporting into the Head of Insights.
  • Develop and interpret customer and consumer insights across customer, brand and sentiment domains.
  • Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to build a rounded view of customer behaviour.
  • Deliver market share analysis and performance insight to inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Produce clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute hands-on across projects already defined within the insights roadmap.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong capability in SQL, with confidence working directly with large datasets.
  • Proven experience using Power BI, with exposure to Tableau also beneficial.
  • Background in a digitally led, customer-facing business, such as online retail, app-based or e-commerce environments.
  • Ability to blend qualitative insight with quantitative analysis to tell a compelling customer story.
  • Comfortable operating at manager level, providing strategic thinking while remaining hands-on.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where confidentiality and sensitivity are required.
