THE COMPANY
A leading fashion retailer is seeking a Customer Analyst to join their team to help drive omni-channel journey optimisation
THE ROLE
As the Customer Analyst, you will use your SQL/bigQuery experience to work on a range of projects within the customer analytics space. You will be comfortable providing insight & recommendations back to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the process, and have good story-telling experience. You’ll be able to work on projects across segmentation, regression, loyalty and predictive analytics. You will get the chance to work on a new customer reward app, and work closely with data science teams and on projects in the space
