About the Role:
A leading international marketing agency is seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to join their growing Data & Strategy team. This is a key opportunity to work on high-profile accounts and take ownership of the CRO space for a major automotive brand. You’ll collaborate with a talented Data Science team, driving data-driven insights to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development and create impactful presentations (decks) for clients, focusing on key areas such as UX, finance, forms, and more.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to extract insights from GA4 data, ensuring the right questions are answered and actionable narratives are created.
- Manage web analytics tasks, from data interpretation to setting up and understanding tagging and events.
- Brief data science teams, use tools like Omnibug to optimize the tracking and analysis of user behaviour.
- Regularly engage with clients through workshops, planning sessions, and offering insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Analyse user journey data to identify hypotheses for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and collaborate with external agencies to implement tests.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Web Analytics, CRO, or a similar role, ideally within a digital/marketing agency.
- Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Target, Medallia, MXO, or Decibel, and a deep understanding of customer/user journey analytics.
- Expertise in A/B testing and CRO methodologies, with the ability to develop data-driven hypotheses.
- Data Science Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like clustering, predictive modelling, and basic statistical techniques.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of BigQuery/SQL/Python is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills – experience presenting to clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience working with large clients in complex environments is a plus.
