Role
The client is looking to appoint a CRM Marketing Executive to join their growing CRM and lifecycle team. Reporting into a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, the role will focus on the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns and the execution of automated lifecycle journeys. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone at an early stage of their CRM career who is keen to build strong technical capability within a sophisticated marketing automation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy lifecycle, transactional and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging using Braze.
- Support the delivery of automated journeys including onboarding, renewal and win-back programmes.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and modular designs across CRM channels.
- Create and adapt campaign copy where required, ensuring messaging remains clear and consistent.
- Keep all journeys and content accurate and up to date, including refreshing offers and seasonal messaging.
- Support segmentation, tagging and personalisation to ensure dynamic content renders correctly.
- Monitor live campaigns and journeys, identifying opportunities for optimisation and testing.
- Assist with campaign reporting and analysis to support ongoing performance improvement.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a CRM, lifecycle or email marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or Iterable (or a similar marketing automation platform).
- Confident building journeys, templates and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around QA, segmentation and personalisation.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Copywriting experience is not essential; confidence editing and adapting messaging is sufficient.
