Hybrid Working (2/3 Days in London Office)

We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Designer & Copywriter to help bring our product and patient stories to life through exceptional email campaigns, pop-ups, and educational content. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, lifecycle marketing, and commerce, crafting copy, creative concepts, and campaign flows that support patients throughout their healthcare journey. From onboarding flows to educational content, your work will ensure patients feel informed, supported, and motivated to take action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build compelling lifecycle campaigns – Write and design email journeys across the patient lifecycle (onboarding, education, retention) that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Own campaign copywriting – Create clear, empathetic, and persuasive copy for emails, pop-ups, and notifications that balance education and commerce.
  • Design and layout – Use brand guidelines to design visually engaging and accessible emails that elevate storytelling.
  • Create educational content – Turn clinical or lifestyle insights into digestible blog articles, patient tips, or explainers.
  • Test, learn, and refine – Contribute to campaign optimisation through A/B testing, analytics, and data-led improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • You take initiative and deliver with minimal oversight, a proven self-starter who’s executed campaigns independently.
  • Bring your own insights and ideas, with experience designing and running CRM campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience writing and designing for email and lifecycle marketing, ideally in health, wellness, or DTC sectors.
  • Proficient with Customer.io, confident building and testing campaigns.
  • You have an exceptional eye for design and layout, understanding how to make campaigns feel premium and on-brand.
  • Experienced using tools like Figma or similar design platforms.
