This high-growth D2C business is currently going through a high-growth phase, with retention being a huge priority!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Own CRM and retention across the customer lifecycle
- Build and optimise segmented campaigns, flows, and logicin Klaviyo
- Work closely with creative, product, and data team, you’ll be the glue that connects it all
- Help shape how this brand speaks to its customers and retains them long term
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in CRM and Retention marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar)
- Someone who\'s curious, proactive, and sharp will excel in this role
- A/B testing, segmentation, and automation experience preferred
- Bonus: some Canva or Figma experience to finesse campaign designs
