CRM MANAGER
SALARY UP TO (£45,000)
REMOTE ROLE
A leading international digital gaming business is seeking a CRM Manager to take ownership of the Casino CRM strategy and execution across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage daily CRM operations, shape campaign strategy, and work closely with Product, Branding, CMS, and Commercial teams to deliver engaging, data-driven player journeys.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a deep understanding of casino player behaviour to inform segmentation and personalised communication.
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Set up, load, and test HTML campaigns to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Monitor daily player activity and deploy targeted offers to drive engagement and revenue.
- Track key CRM KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions) and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage casino promotions end-to-end, from content review to operational setup and QA.
- Collaborate with branding, product, CMS, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Support automated lifecycle journeys and personalised communication flows.
- Run and analyse A/B tests to optimise performance.
- Upload and manage content via CMS when needed.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed on upcoming campaigns and promotions.
YOUR SKILLS:
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM, retention, or digital marketing (gaming experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms; experience with Playtech IMS is a plus.
- Customer first mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical ability and excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
