CRM Marketing Executive

Up to £35,000 + Benefits | 2 days a week in Birmingham

This leading UK financial services brand is on an exciting growth journey, with a strong focus on delivering value to customers and driving digital innovation. They’ve recently launched a new app-based savings product and are building a specialist team to take their CRM strategy to the next level.

THE ROLE

Joining a newly formed Marketing, Brand & Performance team, you’ll work closely with an experienced CRM Manager to execute campaigns and optimise workflows. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and deploying CRM campaigns to support a major product launch.
  • Developing and optimising workflows to enhance customer journeys.
  • Working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (or similar) to improve platform capability.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in CRM marketing, with a focus on workflows and campaign execution.
  • Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer or a similar platform is a plus.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – comfortable working in a small team environment.
