An established cultural organisation behind one of the UK’s largest festivals is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead audience communications and ticketing strategy. The festival hosts hundreds of events across literature, music, comedy, faith, and family programmes, with a strong focus on social engagement and public dialogue.
You’ll play a key role in shaping audience journeys, overseeing digital communications, and ensuring the smooth running of ticketing operations during a busy and rewarding festival period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audience data and ensure GDPR compliance
- Oversee ticketing system and communications workflows
- Update and maintain website copy and layouts
- Create digital templates for email, SMS, and ticket platforms
- Design engaging user journeys across digital channels
- Analyse audience data to improve targeting and engagement
- Collaborate with design and advertising teams on campaign delivery
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of user journeys from booking to communication
- Proven experience writing engaging marketing copy, particularly emails
- Skilled in data analysis and audience segmentation
