CRM Campaign Specialist

• 6-Month Contract
• £400 Per Day Inside IR35
• Hybrid Working (3 days in London Office)

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Specialist to support the ongoing CRM transformation project within a leading global brand. The business is currently migrating from Adobe Campaign to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and this role will play a key part in supporting BAU activity, campaign analysis, and the CRM migration process.

You’ll work closely with the CRM Lead to maintain day-to-day operations, deliver key data and reporting requests, and assist in defining how data and campaigns transition into the new environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of BAU CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and timely deployment.
• Work closely with the CRM Lead to align on data strategy, migration requirements, and campaign planning.
• Deliver campaign performance reporting, pulling data and producing insight-led summaries in Excel and dashboards.
• Manage ad-hoc data and insight requests, including running SQL queries to extract and analyse campaign data.
• Partner with cross-market stakeholders to ensure consistency across UK and European teams.
• Support the assessment of CRM migration requirements, determining which campaigns, workflows, and data structures should be migrated or redefined.
• Provide recommendations to optimise CRM processes and data flows in collaboration with the technical and development teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience working in CRM operations, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing.
• Confident using data and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign (experience in one or both ideal).
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL for ad-hoc queries is preferred.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments.
• A proactive communicator who can bridge technical detail and commercial priorities.
