We’re seeking a hands-on CRM Architect & Solution Designer to lead the solution design of a new CRM system across two merged entities with varying levels of maturity in CRM and customer data management. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, unified designs, with a focus on rapid delivery, compliance, and integration readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage 1: Analysis & Mapping (Weeks 1–4)
- Assess existing CRM requirements across both organisations and their respective markets.
- Develop detailed technical and functional requirement documentation.
- Align and consolidate requirements into a single unified list for the new CRM system.
- Stage 2: Unified Design Blueprint (Weeks 5–8)
- Design a unified CRM solution covering:
- Functional: Features, workflows, and usage processes.
- Technical: Data flows, integrations, APIs, and consent management.
- Produce a comprehensive solution architecture blueprint ready for stakeholder review.
- Stage 3: Integration & Implementation Planning (Weeks 9–12)
- Define enterprise integration points and dependencies.
- Build a detailed CRM launch and implementation plan, including automation sequencing and market-specific integrations.
- Develop a CRM Change Management Plan in coordination with people and training teams.
Skills & Experience
- CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Microsoft 365
- Data & Integration: SQL/NoSQL Databases, API Gateways, Microservices
- Tools: PowerPoint (executive output), Excel (technical documentation), Visio / Lucidchart (solution architecture)
- Proven experience designing, building, and launching large-scale CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, data modelling, and integrations.
- Experience unifying CRM systems across multi-market organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce enterprise-grade CRM blueprints and documentation.
- Skilled at defining both technical and functional requirements with a high degree of clarity.
- Experience translating business strategy into scalable technical design.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, and ERP systems.
- Awareness of global localisation and compliance challenges.
