This is an opportunity to build and lead a newly created credit pricing analytics team in a fast moving, digitally led consumer business. The role combines strategic ownership of credit pricing with people leadership, offering real influence over customer value, growth and long term profitability.

With a strong online presence and a broad customer base across the UK and Ireland, they combine commercial scale with growing analytical maturity. - Lead a new team within the commercial analytics function, focused solely on credit pricing analytics and strategy.
- Own pricing approaches for new customer acquisition, setting individual interest rates based on risk and long term value.
- Oversee the build, validation and ongoing maintenance of credit pricing models including MPV, IRR and evaluation models.
- Deliver pricing insight through reporting, dashboards and structured A/B testing.
- Work closely with credit risk, marketing, insurance analytics and other commercial teams to align pricing decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of four analysts, providing direction, coaching and strategic oversight rather than hands on delivery.
Strong commercial experience in credit pricing, lending or financial services analytics. Proven people management experience within an analytics or data led environment. Experience building, maintaining and governing pricing or valuation models. Confident using SQL to interrogate data and generate insight.
