A luxury retail company is looking for a CRO Analyst to join the team!

THE ROLE

This is an exciting new role in the business which will focus on driving forward key initiatives to improve conversion rates. You will be responsible for carrying out analysis into user behaviors, conducting A/B testing, creating a test and learn cycle, and presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in CRO tools such as Content Square and AB Tasty
Analytical ability to deliver insights and actions from data
Excellent communication skills
