I am looking for motivated and skilled Content Marketing Managers with expertise in SEO, AI-driven search, and creative content strategy. This is a leadership role where you\’ll guide a team to deliver high-impact programmes across content creation, search optimisation, and blogger partnerships. You\’ll also play a key role in shaping the team\’s culture and inspiring them to stay at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities

Understand client needs and deliver structured proposals that align with their goals and are commercially viable

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with manager-level clients

Drive business development activities with client teams, identifying opportunities for growth-particularly within AI search

Deliver multiple large-scale performance marketing projects, managing internal and external specialists (strategists, SEOs, designers, writers) to produce editorial and visual assets

Develop new approaches to digital content delivery through data-driven marketing
-
Create measurement and performance frameworks with clients that reflect goals and KPIs
-
Monitor financial performance of deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget

Prioritise resources effectively, delegate appropriately, and manage client expectations while keeping teams positive and motivated

Mentor and develop junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth

Present confidently and engagingly, explaining results, services, and product offerings to a variety of audiences
About You

Minimum 3 years\’ experience managing the strategy and production of large-scale digital editorial or visual content programmes across multiple markets

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and tone of voice

Proven track record of delivering strong performance and client satisfaction

Deep understanding of search optimisation, AI search, and content marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to handle challenges convincingly

Working knowledge of site analytics, content management systems, keyword research, AI search, and SEO tools

Ability to identify and convert opportunities to expand, renew, and win new business

Desirable Skills
