The Role

  • Own and develop pricing activity across own branded and co branded credit card products.
  • Analyse performance data to understand commercial impact and identify opportunities to optimise pricing levers such as APR.
  • Work closely with acquisition and aggregator stakeholders to support growth through data driven insights.
  • Build and maintain SQL based analysis to monitor competitor positioning and internal performance metrics.
  • Support the creation of new processes within a defined risk framework to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Partner cross functionally with teams across data, product and commercial to deliver change.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial or pricing experience within a consumer lending environment.
  • Solid understanding of how pricing impacts customer behaviour and portfolio performance.
  • Hands on experience using SQL to extract, analyse and interpret data.
  • Comfortable working within regulated environments and operating inside a risk framework.
  • Experience from adjacent sectors such as existing customer management, gambling, insurance or telecoms is also relevant.
  • Exposure to Python is beneficial but not essential.
