Commercial Analyst London – Hybrid – two days a week in office. Β£85,000 + bonus and benefits. The Company A fast-growing organisation operating in the live entertainment and ticketing space, working with a wide portfolio of venues and events across the UK. Their focus is on building a leading consumer ticketing platform, supported by strong digital, marketing, and data capabilities! The Role As the Commercial Analyst, you will sit at the centre of commercial decision-making, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across marketing and growth. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who enjoys owning problems end-to-end and translating data into action. Key responsibilities include: Owning marketing and revenue attribution analysis across digital and offline channels, including website journeys and direct mail campaigns. Analysing customer behaviour to understand lifetime value, retention, and engagement patterns. Delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to inform commercial and marketing strategy. Working across multiple data sources and platforms to build a holistic view of performance. Collaborating with engineers and BI teams to influence dashboards, reporting, and a more self-serve analytics environment. Identifying new opportunities to improve how data is used across the business. Your Skills and Experience Strong customer-centric analytics experience, with a clear focus on commercial insight rather than pure reporting. Confident using SQL to explore and interrogate data. Experience with Power BI or similar tools to support insight delivery. Solid understanding of marketing analytics and attribution, including online and offline channels. Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role.
