We are working with a large, well-established brand and market research consultancy. They specialise in quantitative brand research and are looking to hire a Client Research Manager to support and grow key client accounts.
The role
- Lead quantitative brand research projects end to end
- Deliver brand tracking, brand perception, positioning, awareness, and audience insight work
- Support the development and evaluation of marketing campaigns
- Manage client relationships and present insights clearly
- Line manage at least one team member, with scope to mentor more junior researchers
- Work within mixed-methods projects, with a strong quantitative focus
About you
- Strong background in quantitative market research, ideally agency-side
- Proven experience in brand research and brand tracking
- Comfortable with brand metrics, segmentation, and audience insight
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one person, or ready to step into management
- Typically 4 to 6 years’ experience, ideally from a recognised research agency
- Strong Excel skills and experience using SPSS
- Experience with R or Python for survey data is a plus
