The finance function plays a key role in supporting growth initiatives, driving performance improvements, and delivering insights to senior leadership. As an FP&A Data Analyst, you will sit within the Group Finance function, supporting business performance reporting, investment analysis, and reporting improvement initiatives across the organisation. Produce monthly financial and operational reporting Clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources Build and improve Excel and Power BI reporting solutions Support investment performance and ROI analysis Work with data warehouse outputs and improve data quality Partner with finance, BI, and business stakeholders Deliver ad hoc analysis and commercial insights This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, board-level reporting, and a varied mix of financial analysis, business partnering, and reporting transformation projects. Strong experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or Financial Analysis Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, and data manipulation Experience working with multiple data sources and complex reporting requirements Strong understanding of financial performance reporting, profitability analysis, and commercial KPIs Experience cleaning, transforming, and validating data Power BI experience including Power Query, data modelling, and reporting Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, is preferred
