This is a newly created AI Automation Manager role with the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted across an entire business. With strong leadership buy-in, you will focus on delivering high impact automation projects while building a longer-term strategy.

The Role
- Lead end to end AI and automation projects from discovery through to delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across the business
- Roll out Microsoft Copilot and embed AI tools into day to day workflows
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing and project teams
- Define and implement an AI roadmap aligned to business goals
- Ensure governance, privacy and security standards are maintained
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in AI, automation or digital transformation
- Solid understanding of AI tools, data analytics and process improvement
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Awareness of governance and information security frameworks
- Technical or programming experience is beneficial but not essential
