This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing technology and transformation function delivering large-scale change programmes. You'll play a key role in a significant ERP implementation before moving into a broader portfolio of consulting and transformation projects, offering long-term variety and career development.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering project workstreams across a major ERP transformation programme and supporting future consulting engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project workstreams within a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Coordinating stakeholders across business functions, technical teams, and third-party partners.
- Supporting data migration activities including planning, testing, reconciliation, and delivery.
- Translating business requirements into structured project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Managing project governance, reporting, RAID logs, timelines, and budgets.
- Supporting testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities.
- Driving collaboration between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
- Managing multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered to agreed objectives.
- Delivering a range of technology, operational change, and transformation projects within a consulting environment.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering projects within technology, systems, data, ERP, or business transformation environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with both business and technical teams.
- Strong project planning, reporting, governance, and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate complex workstreams.
- Experience supporting or delivering ERP transformation, business systems implementation, or data-focused projects.
- Confidence facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving project outcomes.
- Consultancy, professional services, or client-facing delivery experience would be advantageous.
- PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or similar project management qualifications are beneficial.
What They Offer
