HYBRID (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE - LONDON) 2-3 MONTH CONTRACT
THE COMPANY: Join a SaaS business as a Power BI Developer and help support strengthen its reporting capability.
THE ROLE: As a Power BI Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing a backlog of complex Power BI reports for a contract management system
- Working from existing wireframes and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements for additional reports
- Delivering up to 5 key reports
- Building embedded Power BI reports (not self-serve) that go through a formal testing process
- Working with limited and highly specific datasets, including contractual document data
- Supporting performance improvements for embedded and online Power BI reports, addressing challenges around slow load times and over-packed datasets
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, flagging issues early and supporting resolution
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience delivering advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
- Excellent knowledge of DAX and SQL
- Experience working with complex, constrained datasets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Collaborative approach, working closely with clients and internal teams
- Ability to break down complex problems and proactively flag risks or issues
