Harnham is hiring a Manager to lead our Data Science Permanent team, one of the highest-performing teams in the business. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced recruitment manager who thrives in a commercial, front-office role, enjoys building high-performing teams, and wants a clear pathway to Associate Director.
The Opportunity
You’ll inherit a high-performing team of five, including a top biller, and will be expected to lead from the front, balancing people leadership with personal billing (c. £200k). The focus of the role is business development, commercial strategy, and team performance, with an established delivery function supporting candidate sourcing.
