Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a small analytics team, providing coaching, feedback, and long‑term growth support.
  • Building and maintaining reporting products to support decision‑making across digital content and platform teams.
  • Conducting deep‑dive analysis into behaviour, trends, and performance across podcast, video, app, and social data.
  • Working closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and content stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data quality through structured testing and analytical rigour.
