The Opportunity

We’re hiring into our Internal Recruitment team at Harnham. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is looking to step into an internal role within a fast-paced, high-performing agency environment. You might currently be in agency recruitment or working in a talent role within a recruitment business, and are looking for a more strategic, people-focused position. You’ll initially focus on hiring entry-level talent into our UK business, with clear progression into hiring more experienced roles and supporting growth across our global offices.

Harnham is a global recruitment business specialising in Data & AI. We’ve been operating for nearly two decades and have offices across the UK, US, and Europe. Our Internal Recruitment team sits within our wider Operations function and plays a key role in driving the growth of the business globally.

The Role

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to attract and hire top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder Management: Working closely with Directors and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Process Management: Managing interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate experience
  • Candidate Engagement: Acting as the main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Feedback & Offers: Delivering structured feedback and managing offer processes

Initially, your focus will be on entry-level hiring in the UK, with the opportunity to expand into experienced hires and international recruitment as you progress.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders and candidates
