This is an excellent opportunity for an Insight or Research Executive ready to step into an Insight Manager role within a high-performing team. You will take ownership of impactful brand tracking programmes while gaining exposure to a variety of strategic, ad hoc research projects. The Role

  • Lead and deliver brand tracking programmes, providing ongoing insight into brand performance
  • Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, including design, fieldwork and analysis
  • Support campaign effectiveness studies and wider strategic research initiatives
  • Write questionnaires, research proposals and client-ready deliverables
  • Analyse data using tools such as SPSS, Q or Qualtrics and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Present insights directly to clients, building strong working relationships
  • Contribute to qualitative research, including interviews and focus groups
  • Identify trends and develop actionable insights to influence marketing strategy

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in market research or consumer insights
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver brand tracking or continuous research programmes
  • Advanced quantitative research and data analysis skills
  • Experience using research and statistical tools such as SPSS, Q, Qualtrics or similar
  • Confidence translating data into clear, commercially relevant insights
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
  • Exposure to qualitative research methods such as interviews or workshops
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
