The Role

As the Growth & Product Analytics Lead, you will sit within the CEO Office and Strategy & Operations function, owning the analytics that underpin commercial and product decision-making. You will:

  • Drive insights across product adoption, customer activation and usage growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer expansion, retention and revenue generation
  • Partner with leadership to influence product, pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Own experimentation frameworks and measure the impact of new initiatives
  • Define instrumentation and measurement requirements alongside product and engineering teams
  • Build analyses, models and solutions directly rather than acting as a reporting function
  • Translate complex data into clear, commercially actionable recommendations
  • Proactively identify problems, quantify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Support strategic decision-making through product, commercial and growth analytics

Your Skills & Experience

You will bring:

  • Strong experience influencing growth, adoption or commercial performance within a B2B or enterprise software environment
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on experience working with modern data warehouses, dbt and BI tools
  • A track record of using data to improve product adoption, customer growth, pricing or monetisation outcomes
  • Experience designing experiments and measuring the impact of strategic initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior leadership
  • A hands-on approach and ability to independently build solutions, analyses and frameworks
  • Experience across growth analytics, product analytics, commercial analytics, monetisation analytics or growth-focused data science
