A leading media group behind some of the UK’s most recognised publishing brands is looking for a CRM Developer to join its central CRM function. With a portfolio that includes major national newspapers, digital platforms, and broadcast channels, the company continues to invest heavily in audience engagement and data-driven communications.
This is a fixed-term role to support the business during a busy period of transition, as it prepares to move from Adobe Campaign to a new CDP environment over the next year.
Working across brands including high-profile national titles, you’ll help deliver end-to-end campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. The team is highly collaborative, blending strategy, data, and design – you’ll work closely with CRM Managers to build workflows, develop automations, and optimise campaigns for a subscriber base of over 600,000. This is not a siloed technical position; developers are embedded in planning and problem-solving, contributing to how campaigns are designed and executed.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience using Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
- Strong technical understanding of data workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign automation
- Background in subscription or membership-based CRM desirable
- Confident with QA, testing, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with marketing and data teams
- Comfortable using Jira and working in Agile environments
