THE ROLE
This is a varied, fast-paced, agency-style Lead Analyst role combining hands-on analysis, forecasting, CRM insight, and increasing client-facing engagement over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis & Insight
Act as a triage point for incoming data questions and analysis requests. Analyse client-provided datasets in multiple formats, often working with complex Excel files. Translate data into clear, insight-led narratives for internal and external stakeholders. - Forecasting & Modelling
Support campaign forecasting and modelling, including predicting school registrations. Advise on channels, timelines, and expected outcomes based on data-led assumptions. Contribute to the development of longer-term forecasting capability. - Data Quality & Methodology
Ensure consistently high standards of data quality, accuracy, and validation. Confidently explain methodology and analytical approach for high-impact work. Take ownership of outputs that influence campaign delivery and business planning. - Systems & Reporting
Work with a relational database supporting an education-focused partnership product. Use SQL-driven analysis to feed Power BI dashboards and reporting. Select appropriate tools and techniques depending on data structure and campaign needs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Advanced Excel skills. SQL experience (joins, selects, data manipulation). Comfortable working with relational databases. Power BI for reporting and data visualisation. Exposure to forecasting beyond basic historical analysis. Mentoring experience.
