We’re working with a leading business looking to bring in a Braze expert to support on campaign operations. This is a hands‑on delivery role where you’ll take ownership of building, testing, and optimising multi‑channel CRM and lifecycle campaigns within Braze. You’ll work closely with internal strategy, data, and creative teams, as well as client stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to spec, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy CRM and lifecycle campaigns in Braze.
- Support the business through campaign setup, QA and reporting, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver engaging and effective customer journeys.
- Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and uphold best practices across workflows and automation.
Skills & Experience
- Certified Braze Expert (key), with extensive hands‑on experience in campaign building and automation.
- Deep understanding of CRM workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to clients and non‑technical audiences.
- Confident managing multiple workstreams independently within a fast‑paced agency environment.
