This is an opportunity to take ownership of Business Intelligence capability within a fast scaling, data driven organisation. You will play a key role in shaping how data is translated into commercial insight, working across a variety of client projects while helping to build and mature a growing UK based BI function.

The Role

  • Own the end to end delivery of reporting and dashboarding solutions across client projects
  • Assess current BI products and identify opportunities to improve scalability, accuracy, and usability
  • Build and enhance dashboards covering performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate broader business data into reporting outputs
  • Support onboarding of new client projects and ensure consistent delivery standards
  • Contribute to evolving templating and forecasting capabilities within the BI offering
  • Mentor and support junior team members while helping to shape best practice across the function

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in Business Intelligence and reporting within a marketing or digital environment
  • Advanced dashboarding skills using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Strong SQL experience with exposure to BigQuery or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience working with marketing performance data and building actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Interest in applying AI concepts or tools to enhance reporting and analytics workflows
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior talent within a team
  • Experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio is a must
  • Hands on experience with Power BI
