FP&A ANALYST London/HYBRID If you're a finance professional with a passion for data, reporting, and business performance analysis, this is an opportunity to join a high-impact finance function supporting strategic investment decisions across a global organisation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape investment reporting, improve data-driven decision making, and drive greater reporting efficiency across the business. The FP&A Analyst will: Collect, validate, and consolidate operational and financial data from across the organisation Produce monthly reporting on business performance, profitability, utilisation, and investment outcomes Build and maintain reporting solutions in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools Transform and clean data from multiple sources to create accurate management information Support investment performance analysis across both organic and strategic growth initiatives Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather insights and commentary Work with data warehouse outputs while managing ongoing data quality challenges Act as a bridge between business users and data teams to improve reporting processes Deliver ad hoc analysis and commercial insights to support decision making Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, or business performance analysis Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, data manipulation, and reporting automation Strong data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation skills Power BI experience, including Power Query and data modelling concepts The ability to combine financial and operational data to generate meaningful business insights Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven commercial environments would be advantageous
