This role sits within a collaborative FP&A team working across reporting, investments, and performance analysis. As an FP&A Analyst, you will support financial and operational reporting, investment analysis, and performance measurement across multiple business areas. Delivering monthly financial and operational reporting across the business Collecting, validating, cleansing, and consolidating data from multiple sources Building and enhancing Excel-based reporting packs and management information Supporting investment performance tracking and strategic growth initiatives Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, governance, and data quality Supporting the transition towards a more mature data and reporting environment Acting as a key link between finance teams and data specialists Delivering ad hoc commercial analysis and performance reporting To be successful in this FP&A Analyst role, you should have a strong blend of finance, reporting, and analytical expertise. Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Analysis, Management Accounting, or a similar analytical finance role Exceptional Excel skills, including: Advanced data manipulation Multi-source data consolidation Strong experience working with financial and operational KPIs Knowledge of revenue, profitability, cash flow, and commercial performance analysis Power BI experience, including Power Query and data transformation Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and recommendations Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven environments Exposure to data warehouse environments Experience supporting investment or business performance reporting 5% profit share bonus ~ Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Victoria office ~ Opportunity to work on strategic investment and business performance projects ~ Significant influence over reporting transformation initiatives ~ Strong career development opportunities within finance, analytics, and business partnering ~ If you are an FP&A Analyst with outstanding Excel skills, strong commercial awareness, and a notice period of 6 weeks or less, I'd love to hear from you.
