The Role
You won't be tied to a single product roadmap. Instead, you'll own a portfolio of AI opportunities, working across areas such as marketing, customer experience, pricing and commercial propositions.
You will:
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities across the business
- Lead discovery, problem framing and use-case development with senior stakeholders
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Take AI products from concept and proof of concept through to production and adoption
- Work closely with AI engineers, technical specialists and delivery teams
- Define success metrics and measure business impact
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption and change management activities
- Help shape the future AI roadmap and influence where the business invests
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong Product Management or Product Ownership experience
- Experience delivering AI, GenAI or automation-focused products
- Ability to identify where AI can create genuine commercial value
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience taking products from discovery through to launch and adoption
- Commercial mindset with strong prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
